When you give us your shipping details, please include your full address, landmarks, correct city and zip code, and a reachable phone number. For cash on delivery, ensure someone is there to pay the exact amount. If your package arrives damaged, don’t accept it and let us know immediately.
Shipping Fees: Orders below ₹599 have a shipping charge of ₹49. This fee stays the same no matter how large the order is. Remember, you can only ship to one address per order. If you need to send items to multiple locations, you’ll need to place separate orders.
Cancelling Orders: You can cancel your order before it leaves our warehouse. Just email or WhatsApp us. Your refund will be processed back to the original payment method within 4-5 days. If your order has already shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Return Policy: We see our customers as family and want you to be happy with your purchase. If you’re not, you can return items within 48 hours of delivery. If your product is damaged, wrong, or missing, don’t worry. Just send us pictures, and we’ll replace it free of charge. Remember, for missing items, you’ll need an unboxing video as proof.
